Looks fairly decent nick but unless you have someone in Japan that can inspect personally it will still be a bit of a risk. Few nice bits but it's wet so that'll hide scratches/lacquer peel/etc.

Mileage is a tad high (163k?) and for the money you might find something already in the UK that is better. £2300 is a bit optimistic for a landed price no?

Yeah i got that price from that website, that was car price + shipping + import tax + vat then you got to add road tax and mot and reg.

I think ill have to do some deeper research as i know very little about importing. And your right it seems a very risky process buying cars from pictures.

Also i cant seem to find any starlets yet that are worth buying in the uk, i looked at one the other day it was ep82 up for 2500 but i felt really sorry for it needed loads of work and inside smelt of piss and what made it worse was the young owner telling me how much money he had spent on it.
