@cheshireglanza, no mate. when you offer to give someone something (for free), you are not bound to them, in any way, so in essence, they can't complain even if they wanted to. on the other hand, when someone pays you for something, they automatically get the mandate and upper hand to make noise if you are not delivering to their standards.. you agree..?

chesh gave a door panel for my gt for free even brought it to me at the last jdm meet top guy and i seen that white gt the day he got it and it was badly damaged on the rear and engine was squeakin its head off
im staying out of this just wanted give my opinion, i now own the gt in question, he let me look at it at very short notice, answere many questions, sorted me a few mods out, txts where informative, no issues with the car, clutch went last week, 5 month after owning it, so normal occurance. would buy from him again. also needed hks actuator 2 month after owning it, sorted me out very cheap price, and let collect within the hour of deciding i needed one as my stadard one broke.haha decent guy

its wasnt free, it was advertised as part of the kit because it didnt fit with standard rad, there was nothin about "a free rad included", it was twisted and leaked and was useless anyway. you said you would replace it or send a refund of £20, but now its down to £10.(TOP GUY) meanwhile im a further £30 out of pocket coz thats what i had to pay to get one of a local guy to get the car on the road. and you may recall you had the kit on ebay with a hks fcon which i questioned you about, and you replied it was because the rad wasnt included on ebay.
so wat is happenin here? this is not a matter of pickin on someone or givin compliments to the person in question! the point is that these are my experiences (and clearly a lot of others member's experiences), so why is this going unoticed? this is the second time I have put a complaint towards this guy. moderators; private mail me at least??!

i have left this one to the big boys.. the mods. give us your take on this as we may be wrongly accusing a member for faults that are not entirely his.. or we could be letting a wolf slip in among us sheep..

I haven't commented on this one because I couldn't give it my full attention until this morning. I have merged this thread with the original to keep it all contained.
There would appear to be a number of failings at work here. I still can't get over you sent him the car without getting the full payment. That's either misplaced trust or sheer foolishness. I suppose at least you won't make that mistake again.
That aside I am now seeing multiple issues arising from this particular seller which are obviously not being addressed in a satisfactory manner. This concerns me greatly.
I'm well aware that he has been banned from UKSC due to poor selling abilities and can see this following the same path if immediate resolution does not occur.
I'd like to compile a list of outstanding issues so if you have an unresolved matter please post it below.
Until these are sorted we will limit his selling actiivities as much as possible.
