the spring rating i ither 400 infront or something and 320 in the back or the otherway around
i cant remeber lolis that good

i take it that lb's per inch?

if so then 320 lb per inch is around 5.7 kg/mm and 400 is around 6.8 kg/mm which is prob good for road if not ever so slightly hard

depends what your after mate.



most coilovers come with 6kg fron and 5kg rear, optional spring stiffness can be bought from the manufacture.


from memory only the tein super streets have the 4k front and 3k rear.

but it's all down to personal preference there is no wrong or right really in this sense.
