Hi everybody, I m fitting a zisco intake mani With stock throttle body. I need more clearance anyway is it ok if I block all the pipes of the throttle body, the 2 water hoses and the others for air.

I have no air con, no power steering, and now With the New mani no idle valve.

Thanks

Hey bro,

The lack of water lines shouldn't affect running too much but the air feeds help the car run during the initial warm up phase. This would possibly require you to keep the revs up manually until the engine has warmed up to normal operating temp.

Bit of a pain in the ass TBH but I know a few weirdos who don't mind it.

Thanks for your reply mate. Today I managed to fit the intake mani. I blocked all the nipples and see how it goes. I ll tell you how it run.

Yeah if you can get the vacuum lines to the throttle body it'll make cold starts easier to live with mate.
