Just tested positive again, but according to the government I am allowed to go back out into the world again :)
Still feel shit and sore in places, my calfs especially, can hardly walk the length of the driveway without getting short of breath fs.
Hopefully next week I can get at the punchbag and start building my strength again for the next Grading, Green belt Grading tonight, the last in the old Gym, I'm missing it and I'm gutted but Mr Murray has told me I will be making history being the 1st Green belt to Grade in the new gym once I'm ready :)

have heard many similar instances of not feeling 100% during the healing cycle and even afterwards for a period of time...good that you want to get back to exercising etc., but again follow how you body feels and don't over extend yourself too fast

anyways speedy recovery to you

Yeah long Covid they called it here, I've seen people much more fitter than me wrote off with it,
Managed to do the plumbing in the bathroom earlier, what should normally take me an hour or 2 took about 5 coz I kept feeling fucked, will update that thread tomorrow :)

2nd of our monthly battles is Sunday :)
I shall be stepping through the ropes Myself for a few K1 exhibition friendly rounds.
Looking to the new year for my 1st proper amateur fight hopefully, still struggling a bit with the fitness after covid and have symptoms of long covid now fs

PS...i suppose that you could image your 2023 opponents are Honda drivers, that should be motivation for you :D :D

You spelt hondawanker wrong Bro lmfao
There's a few VAG boys I spar with and it's always banter and bruises handed out each way lol, love it. 3 off us all around the same size and ability and we just go full at it on Fridays, currently sporting a very bruised shin from blocking kicks :)
