Crankshaft degree wheel for cam timing

I think that degree wheel might have confused me then

Dont know how that could have happened, its got marks for 360 degrees, starting at 0 and going right round to 360.

So do you know how the ecu knows what cylinder is at TDC?

Yes the standard dizzy has 24 teeth and it has cam and TDC pick up also?
What I am saying is that I might have stored in my head that the intake valves should start to open 20BTDC so I might have checked and saw it was not close and did not look accurately further.
