Custom Inlet Manifold?

Diffirence being, Carbs are mecjanical units, as is ITB's, but ITB's such as Jenvey are controlled with electronics.
Carbs are not, they run on there own basically, feed them fuel and a vacume and they will work if setup right.

Best to use, depends on setup
Again, Hayabusa ones are huge, and possibly a little to big on the 4e
Yes there all diffirent sizes, and No, biger is not better. Bigger the choke, the less velocity through them.
Like blowing through a straw or a hose pipe, straw gives more velocity than the hose pipe.

Most bike carbs are held on with silicone joiners or something along them lines, they need to be or the vibration from the engine froths up the fuel in beside the floats, frothed up fuel doesnt work

Yes straight runners gives a better tract to the backside of the valve, therefor keeping the air velocity up.

Remember the 4e already has 4 injectors, why wouldnt it work ;)

My choice would be for ITB's, for sheer simplicity of installation.
Carbs take alot of time to setup and get right, where ITB's dont take as long once you have all 4 singing from the same hym sheet.

So your saying i should only go with Jenvey ITBs mate?

Just had a quick look through ebay and seems you can pick up a set of bike ITBs for pretty cheap, any idea which ones i should go for? from which bike i mean?

Also found some Jenveys, is this a better option than the bike throttle bodies?

And with that link, would it be as easy as cutting off the flange and rewelding one on to suit the 4E?

Looks like there will be a fair bit of modding to the fuel rail etc?
Dont see why i still wont be able to use my HKS rail?
And my 550 injectors will fit the injector holes fine im guessing?

Then just a case of getting a plenum made up from an engineering company?
Also are the trumpets of any great use when built into a plenum?

And im guessing will have to have some ports added to the plenum, for what? and how many?

Thanks for the help guys, sorry for all the questions, was thinking about this all last night at work lol

I used Jenveys as an example min. ;)
Most modern day bikes have fuel injection and could therefor be used with no issues.

As for in the link, i wouldnt buy them, i personally would sit down and plan this out to my own specifications.
Its something you cant just go and buy off the shelf.

If you wanted to you could still use your own fuel system, but whatever ITBS you use, the existing fuel injecto ports will need filled in.

I think you should go and do more research on the matter mate, i seem to get the feeling you dont know what your looking at let alone know what your doing.
I could sit here and tell you what to do, but im not one for spoon feeding anyone information, i will point them in the general direction to get there own info, and therfor learn at the same time. :)

May sound harsh, but im not spoon feeding anyone.

Are the standard injectors mounted in the head or inlet on the starlets? As I can't remember.

But if they are mounted in the head, could you not just run the standard injectors and rail and block off the injector ports on the itb's themselves, whatever ones you end up going for. Would need all the take offs in the mani that was made and plenium and the itb's setup.

And make sure the mani made was designed so it clears the rail, which on the assumption of following the trend of most of the aftermarket inlets I've seen would be straight back?
