cutting the chassis around the a/c rad

i have heard a few people on here before say about cutting the area around the a/c rad so that things like fmic's and front mounted filters can be fitted with out moving the air con.

have just had a look, and doesnt look like a major part of the chassis, just a bit of thin metal. and it would just be a circular part i would be taking out

i cant see it being a problem. just keep the cutting to a minimum and i would imagine you would be ok.

i cut mine back, its nothing strucural there really, done it jsut enough to fit a 52mm pipe past.

Thin metal, I used a pair of tin snips to mod the trackcar's front panel.
