Extra Info:
Everything is there, 4 pins, bottom inserts for both the rears.
Also comes with c spanners and handbook

certainly are! They are the older style (pins) to the new ones (allen key adjustemnts) but still a very good price considering

havent a clue about the spring rate :s. Ride is pretty stiff but the handling is great
