decat anyone?

i've been wondering if i will get any benefits from de-cating my exhaust. my current setup is; a kakimoto straight-thru racing exhaust - 2.5", apexi suspower LM filter. all else is stock on my respiratory system (intake & exhaust). my curiosity leads me to wonder if:
a) will there be any noticeable power gains..?
b) will it change my exhaust tune..?
c) will it injure my mpg..?

i was told that gts or glanzas are quicker wit cats on ct9 setup cause they loose back presure wit decats

so the stock ct9 setups work better with some back-pressure..? anyone else experienced this and can confirm..?

when i first got my glanza a decat was one on my first mods and i think it was one of the best things i did to the car made a huge difference. when i got the car there was a blitz sus air filter and an apexi n1 exhaust system.

personal experience decat was the best thing i done, i got a custom 2.5" exhaust done from turbo back, small box in the middle, at the time he suggested nothing bigger than a 2.5" as it could cause a loss in power. im still running standard Filter and boost, and running a Blitz ECU, car made 160 bhp 152 lbft on the rollers.
