After my experince from my golf i would not buy a dv for a diesel. lost alot of power. for example was on the motorway, car wouldnt go over 70mph. lol
The way the dv is fitted is normal but the vacum line is connected via a vacum line connected to a switch connected to the accerator pedal.

asked someone and told me you make a vacume line like its on a petrol to the plenum?

there's no throttle buttlerfly on a diesel so the plenum is in effect open so it can't build vacuum, however, some derv engines like the ford use a cam driven vacuum pump to provide vacuum to things like the servo, so i'd imagine you could run a bov off that if the car had the pump.

EDIT: i recently bought a greddy type RS rep and that seems very well made and the noise is almost identical

i realy dont know anything about diesel engines lol

i had a blitz SS (genuine) and it sounded the the airbrakes on a bus, way to ott. some people like that kinda thing i s'pose.

My blitz one was super loud made people jump haha but the HKS SSQ quite loud too just ask blakmamba and ep91_dazza lol.

i just want to get the louest dump valve out there to stick on my starlet when it comes hks are they blitz???
