No it would not the map Siganl is not getting to the ecu nor is the igt wire

checked the wiring today and everything is spot on. also got a different battery and the car still wont start. i checked the fuses under the bonnet and they look fine. there is a strong smell of fuel after i try to start it. what do i check next??
