As far as I know you can't get rid of the stock fuel-cut feature just move it right up to a level you're never likely to hit!
Or at least that's al FCD's do IIRC. Trying to get rid of fuel-cut completely would just cause the ECU to have a paddy...
I think an FCD just eliminates it completely does it not? I've heard a horror story in the past with the guy having one fitted, had a little drive out to tune the boost controller and accidentally knocked it up a notch resulting in very bad things
