Engine - 4efe / 4efte Bearings the same?

Hi lads, was down at the machine shop yesterday.

he was saying that 4efe and 4efte bearings should be identical.

i happily agreed, but then im just wondering am i about to make another costly blunder?

so can someone confirm, that 4efe/4efte bearings are the same size/etc etc

just to put my mind at rest before i order.

moterfactors are the same bearings i have a block ere rebuild with 4efe bearings from a moterfacters

from toyo they might be diferent in hardnes ????? that i dont know

they are indeed. i think they are also the same as the 2e

Part numbers are different mate.

yes phill thats what i think its got to be becouse of the extra force of the turbo hammering down on the conrods

good news is the 4efe moterfacors rebuild i did is on 34.000km and still going strong BUT planning on renewing the conrod bearings every 50 to 60.000km just to be safe
the main bearings i will leave in there for 150.000km before i renew them

ACL bearings are listed as Toyota 1E, 2E.
