"enhanced" mineral oil?

Hi,
I'm currently running in a 5e-fte and have got some 10w40 mineral oil from halfords, only thing I'm not sure about is this word 'enhanced' it has on the front. the labels don't go into what they mean by this.
Any clarification as to whether it is suitable would be greatly appreciated.

Dan- using mineral because synthetic is not suitable for running in.

The word enhanced has no use when it comes to engine oils, so its marketing only, just like Castrol's "liquid engineering"

I would love to get paid to come up with this stuff....
