This is part 1. I have just finish my bottom end assemply and i have all the videos wich i will post when it is totally built as a kind of a guide for those who want to know what job is envolved in details (many many on them)builting a star forged engine.
All opinion are welcome!!!;)

UPDATE 7/9/2009: Some maybe helpfull videos about my built. There are totally 7 parts and i think will be all up in a few hours. (damn slow uploading speed) It was a 50 min video but youtube says only 10 min are acceptable so i made it 7 parts.Hope it is a good guide for all. If you think you like my hard try then maybe i will continue with the head and the rest of the built.

outstanding matey
Apreciate krissy! In the real world polishing is a lot better than it looks via the camera....for part selection tho ..for me was a tested root...so we will have fun (again)once the engine is fired up..
Thanks for the comments

Mate any e-bay polish kit will do the job. Polishing job for a part like rocker cover may take you only 10-15 minutes. The key on this job is how you prepare the part you gone polish. This may take you a few ours or more. And if you doing by hand be sure you will loose your fingerprints for some days. Or else you need professional big 3 phase motors with different buffs and different number pastes.

Thats amazing, even the gearbox haha.

I'd love to see how you do it as theres a few bits id like to polish up in my engine bay like rocker cover and a few other bits.

For an easy diy job i d say

240 grit 400,600,800,1000,2000 all with water. At the end of this stage you will be able to see the part scratch free.
Then hard buff with white paste (give it some 90 deggrees turns after some minutes)
Then soft buff (as softer as better) with white paste.
