ep82 Only Blowing out Cold Air

Right guys ive tried having a look at other threads but cant seem to find one to suit.

replaced the Headgasket and that seems fine i.e. good compression, no contamination, no overheating etc.. but since this my fans only blow cold air...however before i cooked the headgasket It got warm but did take a while. I can hear it change from hot too cold, and it dosent heat up when driving (so that crosses out the thermostat?) but when the fans are not on and i change from hot too cold it makes a strange noise?? (not sure if this is normal as never done it before)

Also ive took rad cap off and left car to idle but theres no bubbles in rad

Please help.
..

Mine stopped blowing hot after my waterpump developed a small leak. Replaced the waterpump and has been blowing hot ever since :).

try putting garden hose into one of your heater matrix pipes make sure the other matrix pipe is of so water runs out and unblocks the system
