GT usually refers to "Grand Touring", but was later adopted by hot hatches as 'GTi', because it sound's cool.

GT/GTi are usually used to identify the sporting models in a range rather than signifying it as being a Grand Tourer.


Nice info on GReddy too. I can now go into uber-pedant mode and bollock people when they say "Greedy" or "G-Ready" :p

ha thats weird....ive always said it gred-dy like they say but thought i was wrong....its like people say pre-lude when its prel-ude
