eveyones peferences about gear change

just wondeing what reves everone changes gear at?normal driving wise and also when racing?on standard and on tuned, post up what spec:) also was told by someone that limiting the engine a few times is good for the engine:L personlly i wouldent do it:Lwhat are your opinions on it:):rockon:

Around town no more than 3k, every so often upto 4k if I'm having a blast in 2nd gear to hear some boost lol.
When having a play change up at about 6800.

Mods hybrid turbo, air filter, manifold, exhaust system, fmic.

Auto doesn't decide much for me in traffic, mostly I change around town, up to 3k in second or just over 3k to 15psi . Normally don't need to go more than 5k in a dash.
