Yes you can still buy them from Toyota for a bit over 100 pounds new. I don't know why people call them "rare!"

This one on this thread is reasonably priced imo. I have seen some of them sell for more than what Toyota charge for them

Afaik they are discontinued from Toyota. I could be wrong.
