Fault code 31

tell me about it man i had the same problem there a few weeks ago with my idle dropping and cutting the car out.just try and eliminate the obvious things first and go from there.

could bad fuel be causing it by any chance?

not over the last few months,i may change the fuel filter,and fire in a cheap set of plugs.
and to make matters worse i need a wheel bearing.

aye try higher heat range plugs.mick had the same problem awhile ago with a misfire and we could never find out what was causing it it wouldnt be anything to do with the map on the emu?

im using iridum 7s,ngk.its not cheap getting another set!
i duno,mite hook the laptop up to it 2mro,or take it to chris wenever he has time.

try a set of 8's dude.it could be something as small causing the misfire.

i can confirm ITS NOT THE MAP PEOPLE,THE EMU IS UNPLUGGED!!!!!
lol,hows that chris?i bought a set of plugs 2day,will fire them in after i fit the wheel bearing as im scared of the wheel falling off.lol

chris ill be down to you soon for a remap on the 330s.

well checked the ignition timing,it was out a bit,so adjusted it,gona reset the standard ecu and get a few miles done and see how it goes.feels a bit better from the short run i gave it.

not sure,my friend got his set yesterday,so we esed vernier calipers and measuered his to mine.ill get mine checked during the week.thing is,since i put that engine in the car,i always felt i was hesitent at times,even on the ct9,now i know why.

i had fault code 31 b4 and it was king lead mate...i have a fault code 33 now and im getting no spark anybody got any ideas???

i had error code31 and when i change the map sensor i went and i did not had to remove my emu now am error code 14
