fender removal

I'm trying to remove a fender but the plastic trim seems to be glued to it pretty hard...any trick to get it out of the way easily and without damage?

I also notice there's a clip there but don't have a clue on how to unclip it...

the plastic trim shouldnt be glued to it... for the clips two small screw drivers push them in and they should pop out

i think there is also 2 little nuts hold them

Seems to be double-sided tape all around to seal the thing on the car.

OK so I'll push the tabs on the white plastic thing which holds the clip to the fender from the inside
