hey there chap, can you come down later? I'll be finished at uni at 11, factor in 1.5-2hrs to get back home too (depending how gay the M25 drivers decide to be) and, yeah, 13:30-14:00 would be better for me!

will the cams fit in a 4efte head easy enough? Would it make much of an increase as you said they are high lift so are they reworked?

They will do chap but the hassle would be re-shimming the valve caps and re-setting everything, so it's generally preferrably to buy the whole head. There's lots of speculation on the actual "statistics" of the FHE camshafts, but regardless, they have extra lift and duration over the FTE camshafts, and they generally work well to extend the powerband.

So yeah, they're stock 5E-FHE hardware, which is an upgrade

bump for any offers!

Also, just to make anyone aware - I will have my old 4E-FTE engine for sale soon, cheap (£175ish?) as it does use a bit of oil, but it'd be perfect for a rebuild, as well as "maybe" a brand new Trust Oil Cooler/Relocation kit...maybe, as its quite cheap (£400ish) and I may want to keep it for myself!

Cams are sold I'm afraid, forgot to update that! Intake is "provisionally" sold, but feel free to make me an offer :)

would the intake mani be a straight swap on to a 4efte? and to get gains from it would i need mapping better? as im only standard ecu etc

The manifold fits straight on and yes, gains would be had from fiddling with the activation RPM - all you need to do is setup a rpm-activated vacuum switching device. With the eManage Ultimate you can actually control the manifold via one of its programs
