Whats that KMS ecu like mate? Just had a quick look on their website, seems pretty good and they do a lot of accessories. Mapping software looks ok as well, though is slightly more complex than others i've fiddled with.

its a pretty good ecu as you said its got alot of features, only thing thing is it dont like the manual/auto tps so i got a cosworth throttle body put on off a sierra and it worked a treat, i think the software is ok to use my mapper/builder loves it, my plan over the winter is to get the kms braided loom and chop away what i dont need looks abit of a mess under the bonnet.

The plan for the turbo is to make a manifold and have the turbo sitting in the front bumper coming off the intercooler like the civic boys do do something a little different.

Will arp head bolts be enough with that turbo??? as im going to run as much as i can, obviously once ive got some headwork done

standard cams, port and polished head, cruise valve springs, racetech inlet, a full 3" exhaust system and downpipe helped alot, the turbo housing is a .64

Thanks for that mate. I found that the KMS ecu is awesome in terms of sensor control, but it is a pain in the ass to setup unless you buy a load of KMS sensors because they come pre-calibrated for the ecu. Where as using other sensors you have to calibrate them in which can take ages, unfortunatly I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to calibrating sensors :(
Are you using the KMS wideband?
Can I ask who you get to map yours? Trying to keep my options open atm for my build, so many ecu's to choose from lol.

ARP head bolts should be good for the td05 mate, I doubt you'll get much more power out of it tbh as it will be going beyond its efficiency range.

Brought a couple new bits for her, got a new front bumper with a live splitter i believe, the rear bumpers going into paint as it got hit by another car parked up, bonnet will be getting re-done ive also got a drivers door for it about 4 years ago someone bent the door open to get in it n cracked the paint, so once they are all done should look pretty fresh, im still looking into what route of turbo to go next im thinking precision turbo they are pretty cheap and heard good things

and a lil pic
