forged pistons

i wanna go forged one time will they b way stronger than regular pistons they r the same regular 74mm is this ok and would i b able to run more boost safely and if so to how much psi?

u can get differant size pistons! std size is 74m but if ur going forge id go for 74.5 with a fresh rebore on ur block to illimanate any scores! and yes there stronger than std pistons and yes u can run more boost with the forgies

no need to rebore unless ur block has problems.. iv been running 74mm pistons for ages now, just give the block a good honne & u should be fine

as for running more boost there are are other things u need to upgrade, however if you have low cr pistons then u can run up to 20psi with no problems on pistons alone
