Fpr setting with our without vac pipe connected

As above I've done loads of searches abit this subject whats the best way of setting my sard fpr up to 3 bar. With or without the vac pipe connected. It's only for a few days so I can get it ready so I can get it tuned up on the rollers. Cheers

Atmospheric pressure fluctuates less than engine vacuum pressure.
