fuel pump

i am going to run a hybrid ct9 at 1 bar, possibly 1.1. i am aiming to reach 200 bhp in the future(not right away)

will i need a 255 litre per hour fuel pump? i know thats what everybody buys, but isnt that a bit much for a 1.3? is there a cheaper option?
