Normally:

Oil
Oil Filter
Spark Plugs
Fuel Filter (depending)

Save yourself a pretty penny doing it yourself.

In our garage, if a vehicle has a full service, this is what is conducted...

-Lights Check
-Wiper Check
-All door hinges, door locks, boot hinges and lock, bonnet hinges and mechanism Oiled.
-Exhaust Checked for condition and hanger wear.
-All Brake Pipes checked and rustproofed.
-All brakes stripped, cleaned, replaced if nessasery.
-Tyre Pressures and Tread Depth.
-Engine Oil
-Engine Oil Filter
-Gearbox Oil checked, changed if requested.
-Diff oils, if applicable.
-Air Filter Element either replaced, or cleaned and oiled.
-Fuel Filter Replaced.
-Spark Plugs Replaced.
-Pollen Filter Replaced, if applicable.
-All bushings checked.
-General Well being of the underbody, engine and suspension assesed, and repaired/replaced if nessasary.

The average cost of this on a modern vehicle is about £150 +VAT.
