gearbox trouble!

hi guys,

have just had the third synchro replaced, put the box back in but now when the engine is off, you can change gear no problem and the same when moving, but when at a stand still its incredibley hard to put into gear. it almost feels like the clutch isnt being put down far enough.

any ideas!!

by that do you mean the two cabl on top of the gear box?

sorry chris can you go into a bit more detail, it does feel like the clutch is not releasing properly.
