Glanza problems!!! Help!!!!

OK, So my mate has a glanza and recently when the foot is planted around 5.5 6k revs the car loses all power and the engine missfires and stutters and sort of pops and bangs. It kinda feels fuel cut but more harsh... and he has a piggyback ecu so its defo not fuel cut. Any ideas???

Is idle stable or going up and down? Check plugs and leads first.

i had the same thing and it was fuel cut mine was so harsh it blew a hole in the center section.. i narrowed mine down to fuel cut..

check all leads and plugs, what plugs is he running?

plug gap

check your plug gaps. too large and the high boost will blow out the spark leading to your fuel-cut-like symptoms..

I had exact same thing, changed the leads and that sorted it

Check the king lead from igniter to dizzy hasn't rubbed through anywhere and it isn't arcing out, also check the plugs put some pics up of the condition of the plugs if you can
