Glanza V 1997 only low boost?

Hi Guys,
I'm from the Netherlands and have recently purchased a Glanza V, 1997 from Japan.
In beginning all was fine. However, i have left it due to a trip abroad for 4 months in the garage.
When i started it last week, i noticed the car does not go into full boost. Only 2 lights light up (the first 2) and the third one doesnt, no matter how deep i floor it. Also, the boost button now does not make any difference anymore in power, and it did before..

I have checked the boostleads and hoses, there doesnt seem to be any vacuum leak there..

I also noticed, that the tachometer isnt working anymore. It does not do a thing, just stays down. When i drove it on the highway this afternoon, about 10 secs the engine light came on, and then it went out again.
Could these problems be connected maybe? And, what could be the cause of the tacho not working after standing still and now also boost not going full? Is it maybe that it runs in emergency program and not alows full boost without a working tacho? My previous car was a Integra R, and i have a non working speedo, then also the engine light came on i remember..

But this is weird, it did well all the time, but now, no tachometer, and no high boost, have disconected the battery one night, no more light that came on, not even briefly, but still the same for the rest.

Can any of you guys help me? I wouldnt know where to start..
 
dear friend .... i will try to help you as i can .... 1st the engine light problem is related to the tachometer not working because i had the same problem before , about the boost you should check all vacuum lines at first and if there is no leak you can check the high lo valve and as i remember you gonna find it at right side of engine near to the fuel press regulator , for me i disconnect that valve . any help you can msg me

The boost problem is solved. Bypassed the boost solenoid, now its
Ok, full boost.
However, the car wont pass mot because of
High values. Values seem typical for lambda sonsor. However, replaced it with a new immitation one, but no succes. Could this be related
With the bypassed boostvalve? Also, the tachometer is
Still not working. Where is the tacho taking its signal?
