dont know what mine weighs but its a mk1 gt whith no electric windows,removed the air con or sun roof,carbon bonnet and lightweight rota grids should be quite light going to weigh it at the weekend.
i just removed my aircon also while the engine was out, , it suprising how much space the comressor and condensor takes up, made room for filter relocation now too , but yea aircon stuff alone easily over 20k! oh yea smaller aux belt to ( less weigh again ha ha )
