U telling me that should be flat and straight? I that it was like that for the exhaust?? Like I said I never had it fitted. Think somebody is gonna be getting a pm!

Definately! You might want to check it still fits, the way it's bent would put it closer to the exhaust so probably happened unintentionally from a decent hit against something hard - they bend back easily but it will obviously be weakened.

I had to throw my old cusco lower bar out,
bending this 1 back will just weaken it more, if this breaks it could be very bad for the car let alone the passengers.
