hey i gettin my head done next week and was wondering what would be the best one to get i think theres a standard one in it not to sure its blown anyways ha.
my set up is pretty standard for now but will be going tdo4 before the summers out any advice at all welcome :-D

If your getting your head done i would use a thicker head gasket wich should compensate for the skimming and also lower ur compression something like an athena/zep metal head gasket and also use some stronger headbolts like ARP for extra reliability...when u say ur getting head done are you giving it a complete overhaul? if so yo can pick up a genuine toyota gasket set wich includes everything you need for a complete head overhaul i would also put a new thermostat in aswell as well as changing ur timing belt and tensioners

well i was tinking the athena 1.2 myself, for this to go on thou would netin else need doin?? where wud i get the arp bolts ?? im getting it skimmed or watever needs to b done not exactly sure how bad it is :-(

check out tm-developments.com thats pretty much a 1 stop shop for all of ur starlet needs...and as for the skimming it should cost approx £25-£40...if you decide to use a metal gasket get ur blocks surface checked as it will need to be true flat

ya im sure i will :p so would my car run sound with it standard?? as im not puttin on my frnt mount r fpr r walbro fuel pump til i get tdo4 so i can get a nice suprize when its all done together b really like a new car me reckons :-D
