does tmdevelopments air filter relocation kit come with everything, filter,clips etc?

pretty sure its just for the blue hosing, an clips. i dont think it comes with a filter. but it might do mate. i did enquire when i 1st got my gt but cant rember exactly. but the ones frim east coast customs are very good an very well priced. comes with eveything
