Right folks, i'm in the process of fitting my forged engine but due to it having a lightened crank pulley, and a slightly smaller diameter water pump wheel my original altenator belt is to big now ,so was wondering if any you are using a smaller belt for the same reason..cheers in advance.

Put the alternator near its tightest limit and use cable ties or string to pass around the pulleys so its tight. Then cut it off and measure the length of it, any good motor factors will keep a selection of belts of various lengths or you might find it on ebay.
