You could try www.ek9.org and they might be ableto give you a brand but generally 10w40 is good for any

thinner oils = more dime

the thinner the oil, the more your pocket will get holes punched in it.. but i'd say 10w-40 or 15w-40 is a good/close compromise..
don't know by how much the price difference is in your market, but here, it's daylight rape & robbery..

My oil data chart reckons for all v-tec engines 10 - 40 semi synthetic, but id put in 5 - 30 myself.

Get good oil these can burn oil if u are on vtec all the time I didn't realy notice it as I only had mine for a week lol get a good fully syntetic like 15 40
