How Do you Shim a Oil Pressure Relief Valve

Hey Guys is there a DIY guide with pics on how to properly shim a Oil Pressure Relief Valve. From what i read on here some of the guys have down it and have been able to raise their oil pressure up. I would like to do the same.

on the 5e yeah its a good idea.. on the 4e i wouldnt suggest it, unless ur running over 8500rpms..

but then again all you really need is 1bar of oil pressure for every 1000 revs shes revvin.

thanks alot guys my oil pressure is low 10 psi at idle so this will surely raise it to at least 15 (I hope)
