Is it to fit piston rings because i think they maybe on there way out.

Oil has started to come out of the little breather on top of the rocket cover:(

a job for somebody that has experience in doing it

head off
sump off
release rods and push them upwards to get at the pistons from above
change rings

but first do a compression test..
does oil come out while only on boost?

think i may have solved it.

I put a silicone pipe from the inlet mani to the rocket cover and i think that was closing up when i was on full boost.

I may need to replace the pcv valve soon as well as there is quite a bit of movement in it.

I have changed the hose back to the original one. That hose is a lot more stronger and don't close up when hot and on full boost.

Im not a machanic ive only ever worked on a starlet but i could do it. you need to be 100% confident and its fairly easy.

If you have the right tools, ring compressor etc.
