hybrid turbo help

alright lads a mate of mine has hybrid turbo that needs a rebuild im thinking about buying it off him,but before i do can any of yous tell me how much it costs to rebuild one and where rebuilds them?

How much are you going to buy it for mate I would say to rebuild it you would be talking around 100 euros no less maybe you will be better buying a new one they are 300 euros new

have it rebuilt if nothing has been damaged
the place that rebuilds it must give you a warranty, and don't go for a place if it is the cheapest...
cheapest isn't always better.
