I joined this forum for 3 reasons. Here is why...

Hello all, I've been browsing through your forum for the last week or so, I think its about time I introduce myself and my reasons for joining.

I'm Johnny from Dublin....that's about all for my introduction I guess.

The reasons I joined were that firstly I'm thinking of buying a glanza turbo or starlet gt turbo as I've always quite liked them. Secondly I was changing the clutch in a starlet for a friend so googled it and your forum came up. Thought it would be handy to have a look at before I started. Clutch is all done now anyway along with a few other necessary repairs. The third reason I joined is that a friend has decided to build a supercharged 4efe, so thought there may be some info here about it.

Hi Johnny, welcome to the site.

If you have a quick search you should find a few threads on supercharging discussions. It has been accomplished on the 4E but pound for pound a turbocharger would be the logical route.

I have to agree with you Jay, if I was doing it I would have gone the turbo route too. In honesty Id just have bought a gt turbo or glanza v. He likes super chargers so I guess he's got to do what he's got to do.
