I need Help with my Set up

I am currently running a CT9 with Top mount intercooler.Recently a Greddy intercooler came to me :) .It's dimentions are 74.5cm x 20 cm x 7cm . the In/Out port are 60mm. I am thinking on changing the Turbo with a bit stronger one..My goal is to reach 180~190Hp..If i will have this number i am ok..

The question now is will this INTERCOOLER do me or i need a smaller one?will i have more lag than power with that?and what about the turbo?which one?
As you know economics aren't the best now so i don't want anything extreme..i want to play with the small kids...:) i am gonna leave all you TD04 , GT25 , GT28 play together..
I wanna play with CT9 and CT12 ..

your english is poor but from what i understand you want to achieve 180-190bhp.
tdo4 turbo of a subaru,ported mani,adapter plate for turbo and up the boost.this is probably the cheapest route that alot of people go for.
fcd to raise the fuel cut and some sort of boost controller to up the boost.
