Hi people,

I sold some splash guards or plastic trays that fit under the engine on a glanza v to some guy on ebay.

They were listed as being for glanza v

He has put in a claim claiming that the splash guards do not match the ones on his car, now i have been told that the splash guards are the same on all years and models with ep91 chassis code, can anyone confirm this and does anyone know a way how i can prove the splash guards are for a glanza v they were removed from my old car. :homer:

has anyone had a similar experience on ebay who is likely to win ?

Hope something comes along to rival it soon as there customer service is crap

not that I can help with regards to wether all splash guards are the same, but I had a guy who I sold a rowing machine to, delivered it to his house and he gave me awesome feedback etc then a couple of weeks later claimed it didnt work, opened a case, I lost even though it was blatantly obvious it was him that broke it, he had to get the rower back to me and provide the tracking details to ebay so they know it had been delivered and they could give him the refund, something happened in that he must of not done something and he ran outa time, ebay closed the case and I kept the money :D

This can always happen if worst came to worst but fight your corner mate, if your dead certain your right and other people can confirm you are you should be fine :)

Send them a link to this thread and take a pic of the car it came off of. Doubtful you'll get your money back. Generally goes to buyer unfortunately

The item is as described, I can't see any reason why a PayPal/Ebay dispute would end in his favour. I've paid more for a sandwich than what that buyer paid for those splash guards, what a muppet!

If it helps I can get you a screen dump from the EPC showing the PNC diagram and part number for the splash guards, can also get you an model application list for that part number.

The above shows the part number for the right hand section, but it's the same story for the left hand section.

Customer Support has refunded the buyer and the case is closed.

You were not found at fault.
