Idle issues when warm

Well lads,
Recently fitted cams to my car and also got the throttle body changed because she was idling funny before(blocked pipes in the base of it)but when the new one was on it was idling weird because it would go from idling normally,to sticking at 3000rpm,then back down to normal, and back up to 1500 and then conking when I'd put in the clutch whilst rolling.

Because of that I decided to fit the old one again(which resulted in it idling far nicer),cleaned it all out, sealed it and fitted the pipes correctly.
I've noticed that it starts fine and idles no problem when cold but when It warms up the revs drop to between 400-600rpm and the lights start dimming and the engine management light starts to light up when it starts idling too low.

I checked all the pipes again, took it off,re sealed it,cleaned it again, still the same problem.
Even with the screw wound up to the last she struggles to idle.

Could anybody help me out?
Dying to have her back on the road because I plan on mapping it soon!

Hello buddy.

You should check the following items first:

Worn, dirty, faulty, or incorrectly gapped spark plugs.
Worn/loose distributor cap and/or rotor.
Old spark plug wires.
Clogged/dirty air filter.
Clogged/dirty fuel filter.
Vacuum leak (check all lines, the throttle body gasket, and the intake manifold gasket).
Vacuum lines not connected properly.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Air in coolant passages.
Cheers buddy , let me know after changing/checking the above.

AND IF STILL THE PROBLEM persists pm me .i could help you out more.

and if still the issue is there clean the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) also clean the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve). and still the issue is there then inspect and clean the Fast Idle Thermo Valve .

Thats all i can say.

Goodluck with it buddy.
