Installation specs/measurements for the Cruise valve springs??

Hey guys,

I have a 5e head and just purchased cruise valve springs. The machine shop I'm using to install these needs to know the following...

Valve lash
Spring installed height
Spring pressure

I've searched 4 different forums looking for this information without any luck. I'm installing 5efhe cams too.

That's a post with the stock specs, I need the specs for the cruise springs like that guy needed too. I've searched this forum and it comes up with around 89 posts for cruise valve springs but unfortunately not the specific info I need

Email Cruise or RHDjapan, they should be able to help

measure stock spring coil bind height, then cruise spring. And you will know the difference, how much you need to put down the cruise spring, for stock height.
