Installing front door window

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew how to install front door window glass. My drivers side window got broken on my EP82 GT and I got the new glass ready to go in. Just wondering if anyone knows how to install it? The only way I can see how you would get it in would be through the top. And with that way jamming those clips that are attatched to the glass proves to be difficult. Anyone?

Its a little fiddley to do...

Best way i found when i done mine was to take the rubber's out and slide the glass in thin bit first e.g the bit closest to the wing mirror, then its just a case of jiggin it about till it goes in strait..

It is hassel but it will go pretty ok really...

Got it in. I didn't take out any of the weatherstripping (rubber). I just used a pry bar and starting with the narrow side (side by the side mirror) opened the gap enough to fit the clip in. Then got the other side in. Pretty nerve racking work, hoping the window wouldn't shatter but got it in fairly easily.
