Interior Light!

There was a post a couple of weeks back of all the things to check to get the interior light working???

Could someone try and find it for me as ive had a look but im struggerling.

Also if looking at my fuses, am i missing some???? The fuse diagram shows i should have 3 where i dont?????

I'm still clueless as to why mine is gone aswel. I checked the fuses, they're grand, it's not the door contact strips cos my footwell lights come on and the alarm goes off if the door is opened when set. It's not the bulb cos i changed that aswel.

The contacts in the lamp itself can corrode/malfunction after a decade of use. Donor a working unit in and see if that helps it.

Just to add, I have the same problem in my GT and it's a sticky door switch - only happens occassionally.

i have the sticky door switch like jay. but i also had problems with the rivet joints on the light unit itself becoming loose enough to cuase a problem. used 2 pin punches and tapped them to flare them out a bit and tighten the connection up. worked fine and my light was alot brighter than before!
