would the normal toyota starlet 1997 four door interior fit the ep82 gt interior

Not securely. With a bit of persuasion you might be able to get two or three of the four front seat bolts in on each seat. The floor is different between EP82 and EP91. The rear seats are a slightly different shape too but can be levered into position as well.

EDIT: Four door seats won't have a flip forward function either so access to the rear seat will be restricted.

Given that EP91 seats have terrible back and side support I'd keep the GT seats no matter how rough lol.
