The whole thing has been very unclear to the people but it is the ECB that lent the banks such as AngloIrish Bank all the billions. Anglo cannot pay them back now. ECB Bondholders want their money back. The Irish government in 2008 guaranteed the banks in the event if they cannot pay the bondholders then the Irish tax payers will have to pay.
This has happened now. The bondholders want their cash back so now Ireland has been offered a Bailout fund. If we accept the bailout then we use the bailout to pay off the bondholders but with a better interest rate that paying bondholders.
If Ireland refuse the bailout then afaik we can stick up the middle finger at the ECB bondholders but we as a country will be kicked out of the EU
eu is gay anyway, i cant see why every coutry jumped on it(probably cause thei could not take yanks on their own), bad enough ireland dont have its own language, but now it doesnt have their own money, never mind about mickey mouse president, eu was like a new toy it only lasted till child got bored of it, all new things its great its like your girlfriend shaving her pussy clean off, but after a while you mis some hair on it, but it takes a while to grow brazilian after that and its a unplesant thing to look at it while you riding it

when you actually look into it, there could be some truth in it. i wouldn't call it a conspiracy theory though
It makes perfect sense what he is saying though It's impossible for Ireland to get out of debt now and the debt was created by the Ecb lending money they new we couldnt ever pay back despite the Governments guarantees so small countries like Ireland are loosing there soverignty slowly but surely so now they have more control over us and our resources
yeh i had a read through his website, and when you actually look at what they want, and you try to think of the best way to get it, the way there doing it is perfect!!
if you read this one it mentions these lads as far back as the beginning of the last century

what about people who took out loans they couldnt pay back, weather it be cars to keep up apperence, our houses they could never afford.
i was talking to someone last night who mentioned his friend had a 100% mortgauge,he's paying back 1200 euros a month.how the fuck could anyone, even in a well paid job, afford that.
GREED is what wrecked this country, its the people thjt live in it to fault as much as the government.

The EU / IMF Bailout.
There has been talk going on these days that the Irish government should refuse the Bailout offer set by the EU / IMF.
If it is refused the Ireland it will have to default itself from the EU. We would be forced out of the EU.
If we are forced out of the EU to become an independent country again then how will that be like?
- The majority of the international companies will wave good bye to us because they could not longer free trade in the EU. In order to export goods out of Ireland into other European countries would involve an import tax?
I think we have no other choice now only to do whatever the hell the EU / IMF tell us what to do. We will be given an 85 billion loan with 5% or whatever interest

Anyone I talk to lately though about the way things are going are like 'sure if we can just keep going keep tipping away maybe the Imf coming in here will improve things they cant get any worse' people are so naive here its not funny I am worried for my sons future in this country he is only 6 years old and I am wondering what kind of a life he will have if we stay here one of my friends is in Australia at the moment working away every day making 1,400 dollars a week for 5 days work starts at 7am finish's at 3pm and is never under pressure to get a job done and I'm thinking to myself how the hell am I going to make enough money here to get out there
