journal sizes of a standard crank

need to measure the crank but unsure what the standard journal diameters sizes are

does the 4efe crank have the same diameters?

Pretty sure I have read they are the same cranks, but mains are 46.985mm 47.000 rods 39.985mm 40.000mm on the 4efte
